Personalized Consultation in the Comfort of Your Kitchen

JoEllen will meet with you in your own kitchen and we will look at what you are eating (do not clean the cupboards out, I need to know what you have been filling them with), what you are eating it in (how much cereal does that cereal bowl really hold?)...after all too much of a good thing is still too much.  And, I will identify what environmental triggers may be working for and against you.  This is, as always, non-judgmental and how much more personalized can we get?  While I'm there, we can also look at any exercise equipment you have.  Service fee:  based on the rate of $150/hr. within an eight mile radius of my office.  Beyond eight miles, travel time and rate will be identified.

Cooking Healthy 101:

Learn how to cook healthy where it counts: in your kitchen with your pots and pans.  Based on your goals and your lifestyle, you and I will decide on a menu before we meet.  I'll do the shopping and we'll cook the menu!  Even more fun: invite your friends!
Duration: 2-2.5 hours.  Service fee: $250 plus groceries

Personalized Grocery-Shopping Trip:

What better way to maximize your time and dollars than by taking your very own licensed nutritionist, who knows your health risks as well as your likes and dislikes, to the grocery store with you.  JoEllen will meet you for a 1.5 hour appointment in the aisles of your grocery store.  Service fee:  $180.00

Body Composition Analysis and Consultation:

Using state of the art near infra-red technology, the Futrex 6100 yields the most reliable and accurate body fat assessment.  You will find out how much of your bodyweight is fat and how much is muscle.  This painless procedure uses a measurement taken at the biceps muscle of your dominant arm.  It takes only a minute after entering you data.  We will then discuss you exercise, nutrition and fitness goals, and fine-tune your current program to maximize your time and achieve your desired results.  Service fee:  $150.00
