established in October of 1998 as a way to reach and assist people in
feeling their best.
JoEllen Kaufman, MS, LDN, CLS, the founder and
Executive Director,
has specialized in teaching people how to improve their
health-life choices for over 20 years.

Adult Fitness, specializing in nutrition and exercise as they
relate to
achieving optimal wellness |

Is Board Certified by the Accreditation Council on Clinical
Lipidology and holds the designation as Clinical Lipid

Association, Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management
from the Commission on Dietetics Registration, the American Diabetes
Association, and is a Professional member of the American Heart
